TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – SCORIZER
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These legal conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate access, browsing and use of the website www.scorizer.com, the web and mobile application accessible through https://app.scorizer.com, as well as any of its subdomains or dependent pages (collectively, the “"Platform"”), and the services offered through it.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, it is hereby informed that the Platform is owned by Scorizer Sports, SL., CIF B72886559, with registered office at Calle Salvia 34, 41807 Espartinas (Seville), Spain, and contact email address: team@scorizer.com (hereinafter, “Scorizer”).
Access to or use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Users are advised to read them periodically.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND SCOPE OF THE PLATFORM
Scorizer is a digital platform for management and technological support intended to facilitate the organization, promotion and management by third parties of sports federations, sports clubs and private events, both amateur and professional, with or without profit motive.
The services provided by Scorizer may include, among others, intermediation in the sale and distribution of tickets, management of sports licenses, registration of participants, accreditations, access control, organization of competitive structures, brackets, rankings, classifications, administrative management of clubs and federations, as well as other technical, administrative or operational services linked to the development of competitions, sports activities and private events.
Scorizer acts in every case exclusively as a technology service provider and intermediary platform, not holding the status of organizer, promoter, sports federation, organizing club or entity responsible for the event, competition or activity, even when participating in the operational, administrative or technical management thereof.
The full and exclusive responsibility Regarding the planning, organization, celebration, development, content, sports regulations, regulatory compliance, participants, safety, mandatory insurance and possible cancellation of the activity only to the sports federation, sports club, organizing entity or private promoter, as applicable, those who use the Platform as a management tool.
3. USERS AND CAPACITY
The Services are generally intended for adults. However, certain Services (such as sports registrations) may be used by minors when the contracting and management is carried out by their father, mother, or legal guardian, who declares that they have the necessary representation and authorizations and assumes all resulting responsibility.
The User guarantees the truthfulness, accuracy and updating of the data provided, being responsible for any damage derived from its inaccuracy.
4. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
To access certain Services, you will need to create a User or Organizer account. The User is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activities performed through their account.
5. SERVICES OFFERED
Through the Platform, Scorizer offers, among other things, services such as ticket sales intermediation, event and competition registration management, sports license management, season tickets, accreditations and other auxiliary services.
Creating and publishing events on the Platform may be free of charge, without prejudice to any fees or management expenses associated with transacted services, which will be communicated in advance.
6. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND COLLECTION MANAGEMENT
Scorizer may apply management fees or commissions for intermediation and collection management services, which will be disclosed before contracting.
Scorizer will manage the collections on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer, proceeding with the settlement within the terms and conditions agreed contractually.
7. POLICY ON EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
7.1 General provisions
No changes or refunds will be accepted once the purchase or registration has been made, except in the cases expressly provided for in the following sections or in the event of total cancellation of the event by decision of the Organizer.
The legal right of withdrawal will not apply to services related to leisure activities with a specific date.
7.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy – Tournaments, Registrations and Sports Competitions
7.2.1 Legal nature of the registration
Registration for tournaments, sports competitions, courses or activities with a specific date implies the effective reservation of a place and the immediate activation of organizational, technical and logistical processes necessary for the correct development of the event.
Consequently, the statutory right of withdrawal will not apply, without prejudice to the specific cancellation and refund conditions set out in this section.
7.2.2 Registration Closing
Once the registration period established by the Organizer has ended, the registration will become firm and binding.
7.2.3 Exceptional case of cancellation with refund
Cancellation and, where applicable, a refund of the registration fee may only be granted when the following circumstances occur simultaneously:
a) that the athlete has not passed the official weigh-in or equivalent control; and
b) that the athlete does not appear in the final pairings, final draw or bracket of the tournament, even if they appear without an assigned opponent.
7.2.4 Cases excluded from reimbursement
Cancellation and refund will not be granted when:
a) the athlete has passed the weigh-in;
b) appear in the final bracket with or without an opponent;
c) the absence is voluntary;
d) the request is made on the same day as the event or once it has started.
7.2.5 Cancellation or postponement of the tournament
In the event of total tournament cancellation, the Organizer may choose to offer a refund or allow registration to be honored for a new date or edition. In the event of postponement, the conditions communicated by the Organizer will apply.
7.2.6 Reimbursement procedure and method
When a refund is due, it will be issued, whenever technically possible, via the same payment method used. Any applicable administrative fees may be deducted.
7.2.7 Scorizer's Role
Scorizer acts exclusively as a technological platform and intermediary, with the Organizer having the final decision on cancellations and refunds.
7.3 Refund Policy – Tickets to sporting events
Purchasing tickets implies express acceptance of these conditions. No refunds will be issued for personal reasons or for changes in the lineup or participants, provided the event takes place on the scheduled date, time, and location.
A refund will only be issued in the event of total cancellation of the event by decision of the Organizer.
No refund requests will be accepted if made on the day of the event or once it has started.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
8.1 General principle of intermediation
Scorizer acts solely as a technology and intermediary platform and is not the organizer, promoter, or entity responsible for the events, competitions, or activities managed through the Platform. Any claims relating to the development, content, quality, safety, or outcome of an event must be directed exclusively to the corresponding organizing entity.
Scorizer will only be liable for damages that may arise from intentional misconduct or gross negligence directly attributable to the provision of its technological services.
8.2 Sports Federations
When the User acts in the capacity of sports federation, whether at the local, regional, national or international level, expressly recognizes and accepts that Scorizer does not assume the functions of a sports authority, disciplinary, arbitral or sanctioning.
Decisions regarding the issuance and management of sports licenses, homologations, categories, pairings, classifications, results, sanctions, appeals, interpretation or application of sports regulations correspond exclusively to the competent federation, without Scorizer being held directly or indirectly responsible for said decisions or their consequences.
8.3 Sports clubs
When the User acts in the capacity of sports club, This will be the sole and exclusive person responsible for the management of its athletes, coaches, support staff, partners and other persons linked to its activity, as well as the use of sports facilities, training, organized competitions and compliance with the applicable sports, labor, tax, administrative and safety regulations.
Scorizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever arising from internal relations between the club and its athletes, coaches, members or third parties, nor for personal or material damages that may occur within the framework of the sporting activity carried out by the club.
8.4 Private and non-federated events
In the case of private or non-federated events, The organizer declares that they assume full responsibility for the planning, authorization, celebration and development of the event, including, but not limited to, obtaining administrative permits, licenses, security measures, contracting mandatory insurance and complying with applicable regulations.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform is owned by Scorizer or third-party licensors, and its reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
10. SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION
Scorizer may adopt control, prevention and collaboration measures with authorities in the event of indications of fraud or illegal conduct.
11. MODIFICATIONS
Scorizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in accordance with current regulations.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the legally competent courts and tribunals.
