Scorizer acts as a technology and digital management platform that provides services to organizers and promoters of sporting and leisure events, competitions, and activities.

Within the framework of these services, Scorizer may process personal data related to ticket sales, registrations, sports licenses, competition management, brackets, rankings and other administrative or technical processes necessary for the proper provision of the service.

Scorizer does not act as organizer or promoter of the events managed through the platform, with the corresponding organizer or promoter being ultimately responsible for the activity, the event and the decisions related to its celebration and development.

1.2 Scorizer role: treatments on behalf of third parties.

Scorizer acts as a technological and digital management platform that provides services to sports federations, sports clubs, organizing entities and promoters of sports and leisure events, competitions and activities.

Depending on the specific service, Scorizer may act in the following ways:
(i) as Data Controller, when it determines the purposes and means of the processing (for example, management of its own corporate website, its own communications, direct commercial and contractual relationships with clients and suppliers), and/or
(ii) as Data Processor, when processing data on behalf of a federation, club or organizer, following its documented instructions.

In these cases, the Data Controller will be the federation, club or organizer that provides the service to the end user, and Scorizer will act as the Data Processor in accordance with the corresponding engagement agreement.

3. What do we do with your data?

The treatments, and therefore, the use of personal data that are carried out are the following:

      • Commercial communications and advertising, for the realization of commercial communications and advertising campaigns through different channels such as social networks or television, as well as the management of social networks itself.

      • Web analytics, to review the correct use of the web, its use and correction of possible errors.

      • Money Laundering, to comply with the legal obligation imposed by Law 10/2010 of April 28, on the prevention of Money Laundering and the financing of terrorism.

    3.1 Processing of health data in the sports field:

    In the current state of the services provided by Scorizer, the Platform does not process or store complete medical reports, clinical histories, or detailed health documentation.

    In this case, health data is limited to the minimum information strictly necessary for sports and organizational management (e.g., official weigh-in/category control or indication of fitness/unfitness), in accordance with the principle of minimization.

    In certain sports, federations or organizers may require medical certificates or reports as a prerequisite for competition. If Scorizer were to enable technical functionalities for uploading, transmitting, or temporarily storing such documentation, Scorizer would act solely as a technology provider and, where applicable, as a data processor, without analyzing, interpreting, validating, or making decisions based on the medical content. These functions would remain the responsibility of the responsible entity and/or the competent healthcare personnel.

    In such a case, enhanced security measures would be applied (restricted access by profiles, encryption, access logging and deletion/anonymization once the purpose has been fulfilled), and processing would only be carried out when there is a valid legal basis in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR.

    5. How long is the data stored?

    In general, we store the information for the time necessary to carry out the different treatments, and a maximum period of 2 years from the user's withdrawal, or one year from the last confirmation of commercial interest, with the exception of the data that by legal obligation have to be kept for a longer time.

    Scorizer does not transfer data to third parties except when necessary for the provision of the service, compliance with legal obligations or in the cases described in this section.

It will not be used for purposes related to Google's personalized advertising.
